We went on holiday for two weeks and one of our cats is very timid and anxious, so we didn't think she would cope with the change of scenery in a cattery. We came across Pups, Purrs & Ponies Pet Services and Lou was absolutely brilliant! As well as looking after our two cats she also made sure our 4 rats were well looked after. Before we went away Lou came over to collect our key and she went over everything in detail (where we kept the food, how often the animals were fed etc.) and assured us that she would stay overnight if we wanted, which made us feel completely at ease. We would 100% use Lou and her services in the future and would definitely recommend them if you want your pets looking after in the comfort of your own home - thanks Lou!

We went on a rare family weekend away and were worried about leaving our miniature poodle Harvey with someone unfamiliar as he can have separation anxiety and is quiet needy. Lou stayed over for the weekend and looked after Harvey like a member of her own family! He went on interesting walks and had no stress while we were away. We also have 2 tortoises and Lou supplied their food and looked after them over the weekend too (it is summer so they spent most of the day in their enclosure in the garden). Thanks Lou!! Would definitely use you again :)

Louise looked after our two cats whilst we were away, our shy cat took to her straight away (lots of leg rubs)!!! So we had a worry free holiday knowing they were being looked after in their own home. A wonderfully professional and caring service throughout!!!!!
